Artificial intelligence is quickly changing what’s possible in equity compensation, from how employees understand and engage with their equity to how stock plan teams manage complex administrative workflows.

We’ll explore the shift from conversational AI to agentic systems capable of handling multi-step processes, and what that evolution could mean for participant experiences, reporting, reconciliations, controls, and other stock plan workflows.

The conversation will also look at Model Context Protocol (MCP) and APIs, including how emerging connectivity standards could enable AI assistants and agents to securely interact with brokerage and equity administration platforms. We’ll discuss the opportunities these capabilities could create, as well as the security, data quality, auditability, governance, and human oversight needed to adopt them responsibly.
