3 Pressures Reshaping Employee Well‑Being—And What Employers Can Do Now with Rodney Bolden

Employees today are navigating intersecting pressures, from rising living expenses to instability in the labor market to the ongoing challenge of maintaining work life balance. This trifecta has the potential to touch not just personal finances, but workplace performance, engagement, and long-term retention. As employers refine and execute on their strategic priorities, it’s important to consider how to address these top-of-mind employee concerns—which can directly affect how they show up at work.

In this session, we will break down the latest data on how employees are coping—and the practical steps employers can take to help.

Reddit’s Chatbot – Leveraging AI to Transform Equity Support with Sharon Lambie

Discover how Reddit’s Equity Team is leveraging automation to transform employee engagement! This session will walk through the recent implementation of our AI chatbot, which instantly resolves employees’ equity tickets. We’ll discuss how we combined a knowledge base of AI training material in Confluence, a Jira helpdesk, and a chatbot (powered by Rovo, Atlassian’s AI tool) to deliver instant, cited answers to routine employee inquiries. You’ll see practical examples, including Confluence collateral, chatbot workflows, and default scenarios, that led to a 99% deflection rate, all while boosting accuracy, efficiency, and employee confidence.

This is just one example of how the power of AI can be harnessed to supercharge your equity program. Have you used automation to boost efficiency and elevate your internal operations?

We’re opening the floor for a candid conversation on what’s working, what’s failing, and how we can all leverage AI to work smarter. Come ready to share!
