Saswati Sen

Saswati Sen is a Senior Manager in the Valuation Services and HR Advisory Services practices at Equity Methods. Saswati leads and provides support in multiple projects focused on the valuation of various equity compensation instruments including options, relative TSR awards and equity-award modifications using Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice and Black-Scholes models. Saswati also assists with data-based analyses related to developing CEO pay ratio and other behavior assumptions for HR.Prior to joining Equity Methods, Saswati worked in the manufacturing industry in the field of demand planning. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Barkatullah University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pune, and a Master of Science in Finance from Portland State University. She loves travelling and can speak four languages.

Mona Pauschenwein

Mona is a Senior Consultant in the Valuation Services group at Equity Methods. In her current role, Mona provides support to team members and clients in custom valuation engagements in accordance with ASC 718. She utilizes Monte Carlo simulations, Lattice, and Black-Scholes models in the valuation of various equity compensation instruments. Mona also assists with various data-based and statistical analyses related to Pay Equity, developing CEO pay ratio and other behavior assumptions for HR.

Mona holds a Master’s of Science in Finance degree from the Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. She also graduated with honors from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and holds a B.A. in English and American Studies from the University of Vienna.

Jeffrey Gaydos

Jeffrey is a Consultant in the Financial Reporting Services group at Equity Methods. He supports clients by finding solutions for issues related to stock-based compensation financial reporting and preparing financial reports. He has also worked on other complex projects such as implementing new clients with the firm’s ongoing financial reporting solution, ESPP reporting, and pay-versus-performance table preparation.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and his Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in financial engineering from the University of Alabama’s Manderson Graduate School of Business. Jeffrey is also a SAS Base Certified Programmer.
