Brian K. Wydajewski is a senior partner in the Firm’s Chicago office where he chairs the Employment and Compensation practice and serves as a member of the Steering Committee for the Firm\'s North American Employment and Compensation practice. As one of the leaders of the Firm’s preeminent Compensation practice, Brian serves as a trusted and respected advisor to an extensive number of large multinational organizations on the design, implementation and operation of complex global equity and cash compensation plans. In addition, Brian devotes a substantial portion of his practice to providing practical and commercially pragmatic guidance and advice to companies on global employment and compensation issues in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, separation and spin-offs, and internal reorganizations.


Tulsi Karamchandani, a senior associate with Baker McKenzie’s Employment & Compensation Practice, has 10 years of experience advising clients in US and international employee benefits and executive compensation issues. Tulsi regularly advises multinational companies on issues related to tax, securities law, labor law, and foreign exchange controls regulations related to employment and compensation matters. She focuses her practice on international equity compensation programs and mobile employment or third-party employer arrangements. Mrs. Karamchandani advises public and private companies of all sizes in the design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of their equity compensation plans, including data privacy, labor law and exchange control. She also counsels clients on the effects of mergers, reorganizations, spin-offs or other corporate adjustments in relation to their benefit and equity compensation programs.
