Jessica Laddon, Computershare
Jessica Laddon is Manager of Relationship Management for Computershare’s employee share plans business, overseeing a team of relationship managers responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients across a wide range of industries.
Jessica has more than 20 years of experience in designing, implementing and administering equity compensation programs with a heavy focus on employee communications and training. Since joining Computershare in 2015, Jessica has leveraged her experience in the employee compensation to ensure high levels of quality and satisfaction for all of her clients.
Jessica became a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) in 2013. She currently serves as the President of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) San Diego Chapter. Jessica is a frequent presenter, panelist and moderator on topics related to employee equity plans. Jessica holds an MBA in finance from the University of San Diego and earned a BA in Economics from University of California San Diego.
Michelle May, Computershare
Michelle May is Senior Relationship Manager at Computershare, a global leader in employee share plan services. With over 25 years of experience spanning both issuer and vendor roles, she brings deep expertise in strategic initiatives, process optimization, and building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Michelle is an active contributor to the equity compensation community, currently serving as Vice President of the NASPP San Diego chapter. She frequently participates in industry speaking engagements and recently joined Dr. Joseph Blasi, Professor at Rutgers University, for a fireside chat on employee ownership.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling to MLB ballparks, college football, and fundraising for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (“CHOC”). She holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
