The Changing Regulatory Landscape
Edgar Next and 10b5-1 Plan Trends
This session will review the impact of the February 2023 changes that impacted Rule 10b5-1 and the trends seen to 10b5-1 plan adoptions as result of this regulatory change. We’ll also cover the big change coming in 2025 to Section 16 Insider and Affiliate disclosures (e.g., FORM 4, FORM 144) with the implementation of Edgar Next. This pending update is becoming very real, very soon. Edgar Next exited the BETA stage in March but goes into full effect in September! We’ll discuss how to prepare and what to watch for as your insiders delegate administrative access to their EDGAR Next Dashboard.
