Our speakers bio's below:


Garry Devine, CEP, MBA, is the Director of Platform Operations at Carver Edison, where he leads initiatives that modernize and scale equity compensation solutions, with a focus on Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs). With deep expertise in equity program strategy and operations, Garry is passionate about using data to drive employee engagement, retention, and ownership. His work helps companies unlock the full potential of their equity offerings through innovative technology and thoughtful plan design.  

Chelsea Condara Chelsea is a Deloitte Tax manager, based in Denver, with a specialized focus on advising multinational companies on their global incentive compensation plans. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she brings deep expertise in tax, regulatory, and accounting issues that impact the global rewards programs of U.S. and international employers. Chelsea’s extensive experience spans global grant strategies, M&A support, complex tax issues faced by issuers, employee communications, corporate tax issues relating to incentive program cost charge outs, and cross-border issues affecting globally and domestically mobile employees.

Dustin Lewis Dustin Lewis is a principal in Deloitte Tax’s Global Employer Services in practice group, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational employers. Dustin has experience advising companies ranging from private startups to publicly-traded multinational corporations on all facets of equity compensation, including plan design and implementation, tax/regulatory compliance and strategy, employee communications strategy, and stock administration efficiency and optimization. Dustin holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the UCLA School of Law and is a California-licensed attorney.
