Presentation Description
You are only as strong as your weakest link. What happens when you don’t know where that weakest link is? The equity team may be withholding taxes, sending reports to local payroll & finance; but is each stakeholder meeting their responsibility? Responsibilities include providing accurate participant data, reporting and remitting taxes, accurately reflecting expenses on the local books. This session will prepare you to strengthen your global compliance in tax, regulatory and accounting by going through case studies. We will review common pitfalls in local tax, payroll and accounting requirements, including concerns with mobile employees and contractors. The panel will provide guidance on how to complete an internal compliance health check.
