Breakfast With Emily

You simply must join us for a delightful morning affair! Picture this: a charming coffee and light breakfast gathering, graced by the presence of Emily Cervino, all the way from the West Coast. She’ll be sharing her invaluable insights on RSUs, and you’ll have the chance to pose your burning questions.

This is a rare opportunity to engage with one of the most esteemed voices in the Equity field, right here in New England at our the NASPP Chapter meeting. Truly, it’s a season and session to be grateful for.

9:00: Gather and Socialize

9:15: The Crème de la Crème of RSU Inquiries

10:15: Open Discussion

The Crème de la Crème of RSU Inquiries

RSUs are the darlings of the equity world, sparking countless conversations in industry forums, at conference water coolers, and during benchmarking chats. This gathering will be a morning brimming with insights and lively discussions!

Specifically, it will offer a treasure trove of knowledge, focusing on the top 5 pressing questions about RSUs. Emily will delve into how companies handle retirement provisions for RSUs, explore if there’s a more elegant way to define FMV for tax purposes and weigh the pros and cons of share withholding versus sell-to-cover. We’ll also discuss whether companies should permit employees to request additional tax withholding and ponder if RSUs are truly fostering long-term employee-owners.
