Total Shareholder Return (TSR) is the most common metric in performance plans. WTW has refreshed a 2018 survey on the design features of relative TSR performance awards and will share the latest results and trends. You can use this information to compare, assess and even fine-tune your performance award designs.

In addition, you may have always wondered why your relative TSR performance awards typically have a fair value premium. Come learn and find out why this fair value premium exists in theory and if historical market data supports the fair value premium in reality!

Finally, year 3 of the Pay Versus Performance disclosure is nearly here. There was a flurry of SEC C&DIs in the fall of 2023. Join us to get a refresher on the C&DIs just in time for your upcoming proxy season.
