Presentation Description:
Driving perceived value for your participants is critical throughout the equity compensation life cycle for the success of your program. It is important to consider the far-reaching effects of equity compensation decisions made during the planning phases that continue throughout the life cycle. For instance, rolling out new grants, key events like vestings and purchases, or overhauls to a long-term incentive plan or ESPP. This session will share steps for success throughout the equity life cycle to help companies effectively engage employees at the right time with the right information.
