Ben Magarik - Ben is an Associate Director and Head of Partnership Strategy for ISS-Corporate, where he leads the firm's work with professional advisory firms, with a focus on Executive Compensation Consulting. He previously founded ISS-Corporate in Australia and New Zealand, managed the firm's presence in Canada, and started the North American Corporate Sustainability practice at MSCI. Prior to joining ISS-Corporate, Ben worked with Opower, a publicly traded software company serving the Utility Sector.
Sean Reilly - Sean is a Vice President and Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Advisor with ISS-Corporate. Prior to his current role, he worked in Commercial Real Estate. He holds an Masters of Business Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.

Terry Adamson - Terry is a Partner with Infinite Equity. In his role, Terry has advised thousands of public and private companies with regard to equity design, valuation, accounting under ASC Topic 718, and share management. Terry was formerly on the FASB Round Table on Employee Share Options, and on the Executive Advisory Committee of the NASPP. Terry currently serves on the Advisory Board of the CEP and is the Chairperson of the Society of Actuaries taskforce on stock option valuation. Terry is a frequent author and speaker regarding equity compensation and is known as one of the premiere experts on Performance Share programs, specifically Relative TSR plans.
