Session Description

In a competitive labor market, the fight for talent and concerns over retention are high. In a down market, there are tough decisions that need to be made to keep burn rates reasonable and preserve the share reserve. In inflationary periods, there is potential for misalignment between pay outcomes with underlying performance. However, in all markets, there are challenges that People and Finance Leaders face when it comes to developing and maintaining a sound equity strategy.

Join experts from Infinite Equity and Pave to learn how you can communicate significant equity changes to your employees. They'll provide insight into when you should share equity changes and how to share this type of information in an effort to keep your workforce confident about their total rewards package and the company's future. There's a lot at stake - so this panel will provide some practical advice on this tough topic and examine some of the latest trends in equity compensation.
