1:30 Meeting - Flip the Script: Towards a more holistic approach to pay equity. Pay Equity is a boardroom priority for most companies. In this session, we will share results that look at pay equity from a total compensation perspective and outline how organizations review pay practices and identify mitigation paths to address inequities, specifically with regards to how they offer stock grants. We have analyzed data from over 500 organizations to explore this issue and will showcase findings specific to differences in stock plan distribution and their impact on gender pay equity. Let’s look at pay equity from a total compensation perspective and outline how organizations can fill these gaps and avoid pitfalls in the future.
