Matt McKittrick

Partner, Moss Adams LLP

Matt has over 20 years of consulting experience providing a wide range of business process automation and data analytics solutions to help his clients address regulatory and compliance challenges.

 

Over the last decade, Matt has dedicated much of his career to solving complex employee stock-based compensation operational, accounting and tax challenges. He is a Certified Equity Professional and has deep experience working with the major equity administration platforms (Charles Schwab, E\*TRADE, Fidelity, Solium, Certent, and Morgan Stanley). Matt specializes in addressing high risk merger/divestiture/corporate transaction support, data conversion/setup due to vendor/platform changes, federal income tax provision setup, and implementing US and global tax mobility tracking functionality.

 

Over the last six years, Matt has also spearheaded the utilization of advanced data visualization tools in the financial accounting and stock-based compensation industry. These tools have helped his clients further unlock the value of their data by enabling them to quickly monitor trends and risks as well and identify and correct gaps and errors within their underlying data platform.

Matt is on the board of the Seattle Chapter NASPP, serving as a VP of Marketing.

 

Kody Adams

Director of Shareholder Services, Domo Inc.

Kody has been in the Equity Compensation field since 2006, earning his full CEP certification in 2009. During his nearly 20 years in the industry, Kody has had the opportunity to work with E\*TRADE Financial, Sallie Mae Bank, Qualtrics and Domo Inc. During his time in the industry, Kody has seen and worked on about every imaginable situation dealing with equity. Kody has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and is currently working as the Director of Stockholder Services for Domo.
