Are your equity plan administrative practices keeping up with your peers in Silicon Valley? And how do practices in Silicon Valley compare to those of other technology companies and all industries? This presentation will leverage data from the NASPP/Deloitte Tax 2022 Equity Administration Survey to compare trends in how companies manage equity programs, grant processes, tax and mobility compliance, insider trading policies, and participant education. Our comparison will contrast practices of Silicon Valley and tech companies with the national data.
