The Boston Chapter is offering a lunch, learning and networking event!
Registration closes Monday, November 28 at 12:00 noon
Hot off the press! After seven years of deliberation, the SEC recently approved new Pay Versus Performance rules. These rules will create greater transparency, more deliberation and more scrutiny with regards to executive pay than ever before. The rules contain a new definition of pay called Compensation Actually Paid with several adjustments from the Summary Compensation Table, and the most significant adjustment is with respect to employee equity. Among other things, the new rules require grant date fair values in the SCT to be replaced with incremental increases (or decreases) in equity value during a fiscal year until vesting. Our experts will guide you through the complexities of Item 402(v), with solid recommendations on how to come through unscathed on your first disclosure and answer your unique questions in person!
This program qualifies for continuing education for Certified Equity Professionals (CEPs). Please keep a record of your attendance and refer to the CEP Institute standards to determine the amount of credit you can receive.
