Please join us for our NASPP Nashville chapter holiday meeting on December 14th. There will be a holiday themed games, prizes, and snacks. We are also excited to have Ciara Sowell, CEP from Cummins Business Services, Ryan Trent from Charles River Laboratories, and Tommy Swindle, CEP from UBS Financial Services Inc. to discuss Best Practices and Solutions for Global Equity Plans.

To grow and compete for top talent, many companies are expanding their workforce globally. Are your equity compensation processes ready to handle a global footprint? Come hear from your fellow seasoned issuers as they draw from their own experiences managing large global plans. Our Nashville based all-star panel will share tips and lessons learned on expanding ESPP plans to new countries, managing awards in challenging locations, communicating with employees across many global locations, and handling international employee taxation. The conversation will include mini-case studies on solutions for real world problems from Charles River Laboratories and Cummins Business Services.
