Session Description

Jon is a Partner and practice leader at Infinite Equity. Jon has a passion for equity compensation with over 20 years of experience guiding companies from initial idea to full execution with the ability to maximize the value of the programs offered. Jon leverages an extensive actuarial background to apply an added rigor and discipline to the design, valuation, and implementation of employee equity compensation programs. Jon previously held roles leading global equity compensation teams and recently served as the Vice Chairman of the Global Equity Organization's (GEO) Board of Directors. Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from University of Washington, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and is a certified equity professional. He is based in San Francisco.
Robyn Shutak, FGE, CEP

Robyn is a Managing Director at Infinite Equity, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational employers. She has over 20 years of experience advising companies on all aspects of their equity compensation programs, including plan design and implementation, employee communications strategies, and administration efficiencies and optimization. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Robyn held various leadership positions with Computershare, the Global Equity Organization (GEO), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and several San Diego based technology companies. Robyn is an active board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, a frequent speaker on equity compensation topics, and co-author of the book, "If I'd Only Known That." Robyn has a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University, a Paralegal Certificate (with honors) from the ABA Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego, and is a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). She is based in San Diego.
This meeting qualifies for Certified Equity Professionals for 1.0 hour of CEP.
The health and safety of our members is very important to us. Currently our host requires visitors to either show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test to enter the campus, so attendees will need to provide proof at the Marvell front desk upon arrival.
