Cally Bruce:
Cally is Carver Edison\'s Chief Revenue Officer. She works directly with issuers and plan administrators to spur the modernization of Employee Stock Purchase Plans through Carver Edison’s proprietary technology, Cashless Participation®. She also oversees Carver Edison\'s marketing initiatives and participant support.
Prior to Carver Edison, Cally worked at CommonBond where she was responsible for their partnership with Empower Retirement and specifically implementing their joint GTM strategy and product launch for Empower\'s tens-of-thousands of clients, alongside her direct enterprise book of business. In her role with CommonBond, she focused on helping companies to understand IRC-127 and its application across employee FinWell benefits.
After Learvest, where Cally worked as Director of Strategic Partnerships both prior to and after Learnvest’s acquisition by Northwestern Mutual, she lived in Ireland, before eventually settling in New York. Across Cally’s career, she has helped FinTechs in the EU and US with their GTM strategies. She has worked with clients including American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Disney, Barclays, and a host of other F500.
She holds her B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College in PA. She is also a Founding Member of the Greenwich, CT-based Barat Foundation, a philanthropic organization committed to implementing lasting educational changes to the benefit of children, and she has a longstanding relationship with the Fresh Air Fund in NYC.
Cally, her husband, and their 3-year-old live in the New York metropolitan area. During her free time, she loves bike rides with her family, traveling, and competitive sailing
Lori Serrano, CEP
Lori is Director, Equity Programs at Outset Medical, a medical technology company pioneering a first-of-its-kind technology to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis. At Outset, Lori manages all aspects of Equity compensation, including plan design, new plan rollout, and equity strategy.
She has over 34 years of experience in the Equity field, having managed the global equity departments at various Silicon Valley corporations, most recently at Intuitive Surgical. In 1993, Lori was one of the first 18 individuals to obtain a CEP designation from Santa Clara University and has since been a key member of eight IPOs, three stock splits, and numerous mergers and acquisitions. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with her peers.
