The workplace has changed a great deal in the last 24 months, and on top of that list of changes is the hybrid workplace. Along with that shift in a home/office paradigm, comes a new twist – “work from a temporary base.” This session will discuss several of the challenges associated with adopting or fostering this paradigm shift. Some of these are capturing the necessary data, a company wide policy, how to get in front of this, all while staying within practical limitations. Plus they will discussion some newer unusual approaches - all while doing this "virtually."
