Presentation Description
RSUs are the most common equity vehicle and drive many questions in industry discussion forums, conference water cooler conversations, and benchmarking requests. This jam-packed session addresses the top questions received about RSUs, including how companies manage retirement provisions for RSUs, whether there is a better way to define FMV for tax purposes, what is “T”, whether companies should allow employees to request additional tax withholding, and whether RSUs are creating long-term employee-owners.
