Chelsea Condara, Deloitte Tax
Chelsea is a Deloitte Tax manager based in Denver who specializes in advising multinational companies on their incentive compensation plans. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she is a subject matter specialist on tax, regulatory, and accounting issues that affect the global rewards programs of U.S. and non-U.S. employers. Chelsea’s experience spans global grant strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions support, complex tax issues faced by issuers, employee communications, corporate tax issues relating to incentive program cost charge outs, and cross-border issues impacting globally and domestically mobile employees.
Alicia Ritmaha, Charles Schwab
Alicia Ritmaha has been a part of the Schwab Stock Plan Services team since 2015. In her current role, Alicia consults with clients and their tax advisors to determine and implement appropriate products offered on the Schwab platform relating to Global Tax and Income Sourcing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as her CEP designation.
Mitchell Young, Twilio
Mitchell Young has over 8 years of experience in equity compensation and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). His responsibilities include but are not limited to daily administration, ESPP and RSU event coordination, international tax filings, employee education, and affiliate form filings. Before joining Twilio, Mitchell worked as a Client Service Administrator and Client Service Manager for Charles Schwab, where he supported large publicly traded companies.
