12 years after the passage of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the SEC has adopted final rules on the required Pay Versus Performance disclosure. The final rules are surprisingly complex and leave companies only a short window to plan their disclosures before the 2023 proxy season.
